Should we allocate $2,000 of ARPA money for electrical improvements in  the Town Clerk’s office building?  There is $6,166 remaining and we have been advised that it should be committed by end of March to avoid further quarterly reporting.  (Motion needed)

6:30 P.M.     Cemetery Mowing Contract – Should SB be involved at all?

6:35 P.M.     Road Commissioner’s Report

6:45 P.M.     Recovery Officer’s Report

Did we ever get the $10,000 that the snowmobile club (or                                        VAST) agreed to contribute to the Rail Trail repair?

6:55 P.M.     Appointments to Reappraisal Oversight Committee – John Reid and Steve  Freihofner have agreed to serve along with listers; status of RFP

7:05 P.M.     Personnel Policy – review remaining decision points.
