Garbage collected from within the town of Woodbury (roadside trash, roadside tires, etc., as well as personal scrap metal) can be dropped off at the Woodbury Elementary School parking lot from 9am to 1pm on Saturday, May 3. Green Up Day bags are available at the post office, school, and town clerk’s office. If people want to bring their own old tires, they can also be dropped off for $8 each.

Note: the state discourages people from collecting trash from along state highways because that is the responsibility of the Vermont Agency of Transportation.
