budget. Adjust as necessary prior to setting the tax rate. With
Treasurer Lilly Baron.
6:10 P.M. Convene an Executive Session pursuant to 1 V.S.A. § 313(a)(1)(E) –
Invite John Reid, David Mears
6:30 P.M. Close Executive Session. Report on any decisions made during the
session
